I am not in the habit of doing this, but I feel that following the visit of your engineer Chris to my home last week that a letter of praise to his ‘boss’ is more than deserved.
After a visit by Virgin to swap my phone line over from BT, I was left without a working alarm and no signal to the central station. Initially I spoke to Chris on the phone and arranged for one of your engineers to call asap. I didn’t know it would be Chris himself, but he duly arrived on time and set about solving a problem that was not in anyway straight forward. He managed to do the job with the minimum amount of disruption and was most professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Please will you thank Chris on my behalf for his fine work. You’ve got a ‘good un’ there, but you probably already know that.
